Francie Marie Evans resides in Surfside Beach, South Carolina. She attends the University of South Carolina, earning a degree in Early Childhood Education. One of her lifetime goals is to scuba dive the Barreiro Reef in Australia. She is proud to hold her school's hula hoop record of five hours. Francie has been recognized by the South Carolina House of Representatives for volunteer work.

Francie looks forward to returning to London to compete for the international contest Face of the World. She loves the city's history, beautiful landscaping and castles.
